1. Prohibited (Violation of these rules may result in the server being added to the ban list and all services being removed)
1.1 Changing / kicking / banning players using the default monitoring nicknames fancy | player.
1.2 Modifying or replacing anything in .txt, .vdf, .cfg, .res files.
1.3 Forcing players to download or use another game client.
1.4 Purchasing services for a mirror server.
1.5 Modifying the main menu, changing rates in config.cfg, or assigning custom binds to a player's standard keys.
1.6 Using an offensive server name.
1.7 Reselling services. If an attempt is made to deceive the support team, the server will be permanently blocked.
1.8 Purchasing services for a server without fast file downloads (FastDL) or Reunion (Dproto).
1.9 Redirecting players in any form, including through a MOTD window, bind, plugin, etc.
1.10 Downloading files such as .bat, .exe, .jar, .cmd, or other executable files to a player's game client.
1.11 Setting a password on the server, except during technical maintenance lasting no longer than 6 hours.
1.12 Using monitoring bugs or exploits.
1.13 Insulting or threatening representatives of the administration or technical support.
2. General Rules
2.1 The administration reserves the right to change these Rules at any time. Users will be publicly informed about such changes. Users are responsible for keeping track of any updates to the Rules.
2.2 Transfers of funds from one account to another are not available.
2.3 Refunds are not available. Before adding funds to your balance, make sure that the required services are available on the server listing page.
2.4 If your server violates the rules, it will be blocked and all active services will be automatically canceled without the possibility of restoration.
2.5 The administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services without giving a reason.
2.6 The administration provides technical support only for matters related to the operation of the monitoring service.
2.7 Services may only be transferred if the hosting provider is changed, provided that the server name and game mode remain unchanged. Transferring a server to another account while services are active is not possible.
2.8 By adding funds to the balance or purchasing a paid service, the user agrees to all provisions of these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.
